The Brand
The city of Ithaca rarely allows alterations to their skyline, and for good reason. When the opportunity for this new downtown mixed-use property was approved, all parties involved knew this was a big moment for a big project.
Our studio was challenged to develop a contemporary brand for this new building – one that reflected the luxurious open spaces of the private loft-style apartments, while also blending architectural finishes found throughout the property’s ground-level spaces. What our team delivered was a comprehensive identity system that hit the mark, striking a balance between classical marquee lettering and modern iconography with the “C” mark.
